Mastercraft Tool provides solutions to all your manufacturing needs. The advanced software systems we use are one of many tools available to produce lean and robust processes for your product. Mastercam and Solidworks allow us to import and convert many industry files: IGES, DXF, CATIA, PARASOLID, and UG to name a few.
Our fully programmable CMM, partnered with Calypso software, gives us the ability to provide accurate Statistical Process Control (SPC) as well as full reverse engineering capability.
In order to schedule, track, and monitor your product throughout the manufacturing process we utilize JobBoss, an advanced MRP system. This allows us to provide up to the minute status to our customer within minutes. JobBoss monitors our work load vs. capacity daily. Our MRP system is a flexible tool that can handle customer requirement changes and still ensure on time delivery. JobBoss allows us the ability to extract key data points for continuous improvement metrics.
Our highly skilled and professional management team, have put systemic processes in place that allow us to produce quality on time products on a consistent basis.
Our complete capabilities include:
• CNC Milling- We have 9 machines consisting of 3 , 4 and 5 Axis simultaneous milling. Mastercraft utilizes the latest technology in hard metal and High speed machining.
• CNC Lathe Mastercraft has 3 turning machines equipped with advanced tooling and milling capabilities. With a FMB 48” bar feeder and an 15” turn diameter Mastercraft can handle your large production run.
•Wire EDM 5 axis advanced wire machine with a work envelope of 18” x 12” x 10” with wire cutting as small as .004 of an inch.
•CMM Inspection Our climate controlled inspection area houses a Zeiss Contura G2 with the latest Calypso software making programming and scanning quick and precise. We also use Comparevidia for solid model translation verification.
• General Machining Our experienced Craftsman work with a full range of Manual equipment like Mills, Lathes and Hones, fulfilling a multitude of machining services from general to advanced.
• Prototypes Creating and producing prototypes to customers exacting specifications.
•Production From 1 to 1 million parts. “But why stop there”?
